Bunny Bait

Ingredients

3 cups Chex , rice or corn
1 ½ - 2 cups Cheerios
1-2 cups pretzel sticks , broken in half
1 cup Easter M&M's , more for topping
10 ounces white chocolate , I used Ghirardelli wafers

Optional: Easter sprinkles

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine 3 cups Chex, 2 cups Cheerios, 1-2 cups pretzels and 1 cup M&M's. Stir until combined.
Place 10 ounce white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave the chocolate at 50% power for 1 minute. Stir and then melt in 30 second increments (stirring in between). Do not overcook or it will burn.
Next pour the melted chocolate over the chex mix and stir until well coated. Then pour the chex onto a piece of wax or parchment paper. Sprinkle extra M&mMs on top for color if desired while the chocolate is still warm.
Allow to set until hardened (at least 15 minutes). Store in a zip top bag or covered container. Store on the counter for 3 days or in the freezer for 3 months.

Storage instructions: Place in a sealed container or zip top bag and store on the counter up to 1 week. Store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
