These chicken crescent rolls are made with cream cheese, Italian dressing mix and shredded chicken bundled in a flaky crescent roll. A family favorite ready in 30 minutes!

Ingredients
3Tablespoonssalted butter, at room temperature
6ouncescream cheese, softened
2 ½cupsshredded rotisserie chicken
1(8-ounce) canPillsbury Crescent Rolls
1largeegg
15Ritz crackers, crushed
1 ½teaspoonItalian dressing mix

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400℉. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, stir 3 Tablespoons butter and 6 ounces cream cheese until smooth. Stir in 2 1/2 cups chicken and 1 1/2 teaspoons italian seasoning.
On the baking sheet, stretch the crescent rolls out without tearing. Place a scoop of chicken mixture in the center of each roll. Wrap the sides of the dough around the mixture until completely enclosed and no mixture is showing.
In a small bowl, beat the egg. In a shallow bowl, stir together 15 crushed Ritz crackers and additional dressing mix if desired.
Dip and coat. Dip a roll first into the egg and then into the cracker mixture, being sure to coat all sides. Return to the baking sheet. Repeat with remaining rolls.
Bake 15-20 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
Notes
Sauce: In a saucepan over medium heat, add 1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of chicken soup and 1/4 cup milk. Bring to a light simmer and stir in 1/4 cup sour cream and 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese. Pour over chicken to serve.
