Turtle Chex Party Mix - This no-bake game day snack is ready in less than 15 minutes and has the best sweet and salty flavor. It's loaded with Chex cereal, pretzels and almonds, then topped with a delicious chocolate-caramel drizzle. Take one bite and you will be hooked!

Ingredients

6 cups Chex cereal (Chocolate or Rice)
2 cups pretzel sticks , broken in half
3/4 cup almonds, cashews or pecans , more if desired
1/2 cup brown sugar , packed
1/4 cup salted butter
2 Tablespoons light corn syrup
1/2 cup dark chocolate , melted
1/2 cups caramels , melted according to package directions

Optional: 1/2 cup white chocolate, melted

Instructions

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine the Chex, pretzels and almonds in a large bowl.
Place the brown sugar, butter and corn syrup in a microwavable bowl. Microwave 1 minute, stir and then microwave 1 more minute or until combined. Then pour over the Chex and stir until coated.
Pour the Chex cereal out onto the parchment paper and allow to cool. Drizzle melted chocolate over the top. Then drizzle the caramel over top and allow to cool.

Notes

If you want to take it up a notch, try making mini football almonds or drizzle mix with white chocolate.
