In a small bowl, whisk together the mayo, mustard, honey and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes
Mustard: You can use yellow or Dijon mustard for this sauce. A mix would be great too. Whichever you prefer. Add more to reach desired taste.Honey: If you prefer a sweeter sauce, add an extra Tablespoon. Storage: Store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
