Ingredients
1 ½Tablespoonspaprika
1 ½Tablespoonslight brown sugar, packed
2teaspoonsKosher salt
2teaspoonschili powder
2teaspoonsgarlic powder
1teaspoonground black pepper
1teaspoonsonion powder
½teaspoondried Italian seasoning
¼teaspooncayenne pepper(optional for more heat)
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the spice rub ingredients.
Remove 1 Tablespoon of the rub to use in your sauce. Then rub both sides of the ribs with the spice rub then place ribs on prepared baking sheet. Cook according to rib recipe directions.
