This Valentine chex mix is made with just 5 simple ingredients. This is the perfect no-bake dessert recipe to have when you need a last minute dessert!

Ingredients
3cupsChex, rice or corn
2cupsCheerios
2cupspretzel sticks, broken in half
1cupValentine M&M's , more if desired
10ounceswhite chocolate, I used Ghirardelli wafers
heart sprinkles, optional
Instructions
Combine the Chex, Cheerios, pretzels and M&M's in a large bowl. Stir until combined.
Place the white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave the chocolate at 50% power for 1 minute. Stir and then melt in 30 second increments (stirring in between). Do not overcook or it will burn.
Pour the melted chocolate over the chex mix and stir until well coated. Add more m&m's right after stirring if desired.
Then pour the chex onto a piece of parchment paper and allow to set until hardened (at least 15 minutes).
Notes
Variations: Swap popcorn for cheerios. For a fun pop of color, drizzle meleted pink wafers over top. Storage:Store in a zip top bag or covered container. Store on the counter for up to one week. Freezer instructions: Once cooled, place in a sealed container or zip top bag for up to 3 months. Remove 15 minutes before ready to serve.
