This healthy pineapple smoothie is creamy, refreshing and tastes downright tropical. It's easy to make in only 5 minutes with 5 ingredients and is perfect for breakfast, snack, or anytime you crave something sweet and fruity!

Ingredients
½ cuppineapple juice
½cupcanned coconut milk
1 cupfrozen mango
¾ cupfrozen pineapple
½frozen banana
Instructions
Pour the pineapple juice and coconut milk into the blender.
Next add the frozen mango, pineapple and banana. Then blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses and enjoy!
Notes
Coconut milk: If the coconut milk is thick, you may need to melt it down and stir it together. It should be in liquid form. Fresh pineapple: If you'd rather use fresh pineapple, Id' recommend adding in a handful of ice to keep the consistency creamy. Substitutes: You may use lite coconut milk (canned) or even swap the mangoes for strawberries if preferred. Extras: Feel free to add in extra mix-in's, like a scoop of vanilla protein powder, chia seeds, flaxseed or a handful of spinach or kale (note the color will change).
