Crispy and sweet cinnamon apple chips baked in the oven. Such an easy, healthy and delicious snack idea made with just 3 ingredients!

Ingredients
2-3apples, thinly sliced (I used Fuji)
2 ½Tablespoonsgranulated sugar(or maple syrup)
½teaspoonground cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 225ºF. Arrange the apple slices in an even layer on two parchment-lined baking sheets.
In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over the apples. If using maple syrup, simply brush on the tops of the apples.
Place both baking sheets in the oven and bake 1 1/2 hours. Flip apples over and continue baking 1 more hour, or until the apples are crispy. Let cool and enjoy!
Notes
Apples: Fuji are my favorite, but Golden Delicious, Gala, and Pink Lady work really well, too. Spices: Try adding cardamom or ginger to the cinnamon or replace it with pumpkin pie spice for a fun twist on flavor.Storage:Store in an airtight container up to 1 week.
