In a blender, blend oats, yogurt, sugar, almond milk, cinnamon, vanilla, and banana until smooth.
Top with cinnamon, if desired. Serve and enjoy immediately.

Protein: Add a scoop of vanilla protein powder for extra protein. Freeze bananas: It's always handy to have frozen bananas on hand and they are so easy to freeze. Simply peel and slice bananas into 1- to 2-inch chunks. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze just until firm, Transfer to a zip-top bag, removing as much air as before sealing. Keep in the freezer up to 2 months.
