Creamy, easy to make and absolutely delicious! This strawberry fruit dip does excellent at parties, or you can serve it up at home as an extra incentive for kids to eat their fruit. Trust me—it'll work!
With an electric mixer, whip the cream cheese until fluffy. Add in the marshmallow cream and lemon. Mix until combined.
Fold in the cool whip, lemon juice and zest. Stir until smooth.
Serve chilled with fresh fruit.
Notes
To soften cream cheese: Leave it on the counter for an hour or so to thaw. Alternatively, place the cream cheese on a microwave-safe plate and heat for about 15 seconds, or until soft (not melted).To soften cool whip: Place in the fridge a few hours before using.
