Pizookie - A big, warm chocolate chip cookie pizza that's topped with ice cream, chocolate chips and hot fudge. Crisp on the outside and gooey on the inside. This cookie skillet is one of our all-time favorite desserts!

Ingredients
16.5
ounces
cookie dough
(homemade or store-bought)
6
scoops
vanilla ice cream
¼
cup
mini chocolate chips
Optional: Hot fudge for topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Prepare cookie dough according to directions or use pre-made dough.
Press dough firmly into a 8 or 10" cast iron skillet. I like to add extra chocolate chips on top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until barely crisp around the edges but still gooey on the inside.
Top with vanilla ice cream, chocolate chips and hot fudge. Serve while warm.
