This winter fruit salad is made with apples, pears, kiwi, clementines, and pomegranate arils, then tossed in a light citrus honey dressing. An easy, fresh side dish!
Ingredients

clementines
, peeled
2
honey crisp apples
, cored and thinly sliced
2
pears
, cored and diced
3-4
green kiwis
, peeled and diced
½
cup
pomegranate arils
, 4 ounce cup
Dressing
2
Tablespoons
honey
1
lemon or lime
, juiced and zested (about 1 Tablespoon)
1
orange
, juiced and zested (about 1 Tablespoon)
½
teaspoon
poppyseeds
Instructions
Toss
the fruit together in a large bowl.
Then whisk
together the honey, orange, lime and zest in a small bowl.
Drizzle over the top
of the fruit and stir until evenly coated. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Best served within the first day or two.
Notes
Juice:
You may also use a lemon in place of a lime.
Fruit:
Feel free to add in other varieties, like pineapple, grapes or berries.
