Your Picks. Your Place. {Coastal Escape}

Hi friends! I’m excited to welcome you back to round 3 of Your Picks. Your Place with Apartment Guide. If you’re new to the contest you can view the overview below.

For my last board I was given the challenge to turn a bedroom into a Coastal Escape. One of my favorite places on earth is the beach, so this may be my favorite board yet. There’s nothing better than soaking up the sun while hearing those waves crash against the water. Going to the beach is so relaxing and peaceful, so the ‘Coastal Escape’ theme fits the description of this board perfectly.

I love so many pieces from this board, but I thought I would share my very favorite with you.

I love this Gemma milk glass lamp from Pottery Barn. It is absolutely gorgeous and would look perfect in my dream beach room. ;) I also love the cork bottle sitting next to this lamp.

Another one of my favorite pieces from my board is this beachcomber tray. The texture is great for any room and it gives the perfect coastal look to this room. I also love the touch of the small seashell resting on it’s side. The small little details in a room make all the difference.

One of my favorite things about the ocean are the seashells and star fish, so naturally I was drawn to this jewel starfish pillow from Pottery Barn. Pillows are a great way to make a quick and stylish update to any room.

This Round Acanthus Mirror is another one of my favorite pieces from my board. The aged finish gives it an antique charm. I also love the hidden seashells in the corners.

So which one is your favorite piece?

Vote for your favorite board and be entered into the sweepstakes.

  1. Loving your boards. I have a coastal theme bathroom. That pillow is so cute!

  2. The milk glass lamp and the tray make me inhale and then exhale very slowly with contentment.
