Notes
Substitutes: Feel free to substitute maple syrup for honey or use regular mustard in place of Dijon for a tangier dressing. Creamy version: You can mix in a few spoonful's of mayo or Greek yogurt for a creamier and more thick consistency. Storing: Store in a jar or airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. The oil and vinegar may separate once chilled, so give it a big shake to combine. It also helps to run the jar under warm water if the oil has really solidified.
