These Caprese skewers are easy to make with fresh cherry tomatoes, creamy mozzarella and basil leaves then drizzled with a balsamic glaze. The perfect summer appetizer!

6-inch skewers
Ingredients

cherry tomatoes
10-20
mozzarella balls

fresh basil leaves
Balsamic glaze
Salt and fresh cracked pepper
Instructions
Assemble skewers
by piercing a tomato, mozzarella ball and basil leaf through one skewer. Repeat until all are assembled. Place on a plate.
Drizzle
the balsamic glaze and flake sea salt over the skewers just before serving.

Storage:
Store leftovers in a covered container in the refrigerator up to 3 days.
