These easy cinnamon roll bites deliver soft, fluffy cinnamon sugar goodness in a bite-sized treat made with ready-made frozen dough. They're perfectly gooey for a sweet treat!
Ingredients
Rolls
18Rhodes rolls, thawed for 20 minutes, then cut into quarters
Preheat and prepare: Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x9 sqaure baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Coat dough: Add 1/3 cup brown sugar and 1 Tablespoon cinnamon in ziptop bag and combine. Then add cut up roll dough. Gently shake until well coated. Pour into prepared baking pan.
Filling
Make filling: In a small mixing bowl, add 4 Tablespoons melted butter, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Stir until combined. Drizzle over the top of the dough.
Let dough rise: Cover dough with a clean dish towel and allow to rise for 30 minutes.
Drizzle cream: Drizzle 1/3 cup cream over the top of the dough. Add more if you'd like them more gooey.
Bake: Bake rolls at 350°F for 35 minutes, or until lightly golden and cooked through.
Glaze
Prepare glaze: In a small mixing bowl, mix together 1 cup powdered sugar, 3-4 Tablespoons cream, 1 teaspoon vanilla and a pinch of salt. Whisk until smooth. Drizzle over warm rolls and serve.
Notes
Store leftover cinnamon roll bites in the refrigerator or at room temperature for 2-3 days. Reheat in the microwave, if deisred.
