This easy homemade buffalo sauce is tangy, spicy and so much more flavorful than store bought. This easy recipe can be used as a sauce for wings, chicken dips and more!
Ingredients
½ cupunsalted butter
¾cupFrank's hot sauce
⅛teaspoongarlic powder(optional)
S&P, to taste
Instructions
Melt butter. Place 1/2 cup butter and 3/4 hot sauce in a saucepan over low heat. Allow the butter to melt, whisking occasionally. Stir in 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Cool. Remove pan from the heat and set aside to cool until ready to use.
Store buffalo sauce in a jar with a lid in the refrigerator for up to 1 month. Shake or whisk before use.
