Copycat PF Chang's lettuce wraps taste like the restaurant version but made at home in 20 minutes. These chicken lettuce wraps are an easy weeknight meal that tastes so good.
For serving: Butter or Bib Lettuce, sliced green onions
Instructions
Cook ground chicken. Heat 2 teaspoons olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 1/2 cup onions and cook for 2-3 minutes. Then add in 1 pound ground chicken and cook until lightly brown. Drain excess fat.
Make sauce. Add in 1 Tablespoon minced garlic, 1/4 cup hoisin sauce, 2-3 Tablespoons soy sauce, 1-2 Tablespoons rice wine vinegar, 1-2 teaspoons sesame oil and 1-2 teaspoons grated ginger. Stir and heat for 2 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve in lettuce cups. Add green onions on top if desired.
