Place the caramel bits and water in a medium sized bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes and then stir. Then spoon the caramel over the marshmallows. To get the back of the snowmen smooth, I ran my spoon across the back to take off any excess caramel. Next I placed the snowmen on a baking sheet lined with foil (greased). You could also use parchment paper. Then I placed them in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
Melt the almond bark (according to package directions) and then spoon over the caramel. Tap the snowmen on the edge of the bowl to remove the extra chocolate.
Allow your marshmallow snowmen to dry on the lined sheet for about 20 minutes and then you can decorate them.
