Easy and flavorful, garlic Parmesan roasted cauliflower will be your new favorite side dish! It's oven roasted until tender with the best crispy edges.
Prep. Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line a baking sheet with foil.
Season cauliflower. Cut the cauliflower lengthwise, so they lay flat. Combine 4-5 cups cauliflower, 3 Tablespoons olive oil, salt, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder and pepper in a zip top bag. Shake until well coated. Pour onto the baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes.
Roast cauliflower in oven. Remove pan from oven and flip the cauliflower. Sprinkle 1/3 cup parmesan cheese on top. Bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes, or until the cauliflower is fork tender and crispy around the edges.
