Easy Homemade Churros

These easy homemade churros are to die for and are the perfect dessert! They are soft and tender on the inside and crispy on the outside.


Butter Salt Eggs Flour Oil Cinnamon Sugar

Make pastry dough


You start with a very simple pastry dough that comes together in just a few minutes. Using a wooden spoon, mix all the ingredients.

Pipe dough


Transfer dough into a pastry bag with a large open star tip. Pipe 6-inch pieces of dough into hot oil.

Fry in hot oil


Let churros cook for a minute or two on each side in the hot oil. Use a thermometer to ensure oil remains 365°F. Remove to plate lined with paper towel.

Roll in cinnamon sugar


Roll them in cinnamon sugar and let cool on wire rack to remove excess sugar and then enjoy warm! Dip in favorite sauces if you would like.
