Butter Olive oil Garlic White wine or broth Salt and pepper Extra large shrimp Lemon, parsley, cooked linguine

Sauté garlic


Warm olive oil and butter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant. This step infuses the oil with all of that delicious garlicky flavor.

Make sauce


Stir in wine, salt and pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using) and simmer until reduced by half.

Cook shrimp


Add shrimp and sauté until they start to turn pink, flip, and sauté until cooked through.



Stir in chopped parsley and lemon juice and serve over cooked pasta.



Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat on the stovetop until warm.
