Ingredients
48ouncecan pineapple juice, chilled
2literlemon-lime soda, chilled
1/2-1canfrozen raspberry or pink lemonade, thawed
water and ice, to taste
Optional: Raspberry sherbet, Raspberries, lemon slices or pineapple slices
Instructions
In a large punch bowl, stir together the pineapple juice and lemon-lime soda.
Just before serving, add the lemonade concentrate and stir to combine. Add more lemonade and water to taste. If it's too sweet, add an extra cup of cold water.
Garnish with raspberries and lemon slices. Add ice just before serving, if desired. Serve with a ladle.
Notes
Sherbet: A fun way to take this drink up a notch is to add in a quart of raspberry sherbet and 1/2 cup frozen raspberries. If you're adding these additions, I'd start with 1/2 bottle of frozen lemonade and add more to taste. Quantity: This recipe is really easy to cut in half or double depending on how many people you are serving. Storage: Store leftovers in the fridge up to 5 days.
