A delicious Greek chicken burger stuffed with feta cheese, red pepper, parsley, garlic, red onion and seasonings. This burger is light on calories without sacrificing flavor!

Ingredients
1poundground chicken
¼cupchopped red peppers
3Tablespoonsfeta cheese
2Tablespoonsfresh chopped parsley
1teaspoonminced garlic(or 2 cloves)
1 ½teaspoonsKosher salt
3/4 teaspoondried oregano
¼teaspoonground black pepper
4flatbreads(or buns)
Optional toppings: sliced red onions, sliced tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, lettuce, tzatziki or dill sauce
Instructions
Turn on the grill to medium heat.
Place the chicken, peppers, cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, oregano and pepper into a bowl. Stir until combined and then shape into 4 patties.
Place on the grill and cook each side for 4 to 5 minutes, or until the inside is no longer pink (or has reached 160°F).
Serve on a flatbread or buns with your favorite toppings.
Notes
Baked: If you don’t have access to a grill, these can also be baked. Preheat the oven to 375°F and cook on a baking sheet for 20 to 25 minutes, or until cooked through.Storage: Store leftovers in a covered container for up to 3 days.
