Delicious Greek chicken burgers stuffed with feta cheese, red pepper, parsley, garlic, red onion and seasonings. Perfect for summer served in a bun, on flatbread or bunless!

Ingredients
1poundground chicken
¼cupchopped red peppers
3Tablespoonsfeta cheese
2Tablespoonsfresh chopped parsley
1teaspoonminced garlic(or 2 cloves)
1 ½teaspoonsKosher salt
3/4 teaspoondried oregano
¼teaspoonground black pepper
4flatbreads(or buns)
Optional toppings: sliced red onions, sliced tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, lettuce, tzatziki or dill sauce
Instructions
Preheat grill to medium heat.
Place 1 pound ground chicken, 1/4 cup chopped peppers, 3 Tablespoons feta cheese, 2 Tablespoons parsley, 1 teaspoon garlic, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, 3/4 teaspoon oregano and 1/4 teaspoon pepper into a bowl. Stir until combined and then shape into 4 patties.
Place on the grill and cook each side for 4 to 5 minutes, or until the inside is no longer pink (or has reached 160°F).
Serve on a flatbread or buns with your favorite toppings.
Notes
Baked: If you don’t have access to a grill, these can also be baked. Preheat the oven to 375°F and cook on a baking sheet for 20 to 25 minutes, or until cooked through.Storage: Store leftovers in a covered container for up to 3 days.
