This homemade Shamrock Shake is thick, creamy, and perfectly minty. Made with vanilla ice cream, milk, and mint extract, it tastes just like the McDonald’s copycat favorite and comes together in minutes.
For serving: maraschino cherry, green sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
Blend. Combine 3-4 cups ice cream, 1/2 cup milk, 1/4 teaspoon mint and the food coloring in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add more milk or food coloring if needed. Taste and add more mint if desired.
Pour into 2 glasses and top with whipped cream, a cherry and sprinkles if desired.
Notes
Adjust milk and ice cream to your desired consistency.Use mint syrup instead (like Torani). Start with 1-2 Tablespoons and adjust as needed.
