This Mezze platter is the perfect appetizer or small-bite meal for entertaining a crowd! Filled with Mediterranean dips, spreads, pita bread, cheese and fresh veggies this party platter is a favorite.
Ingredients
6flat bread(cut into triangles)
1-2cupspita chips
4ounces salami
4ounces prosciutto
8ouncesmozzarella pearls
4ounces feta cheese(cut into cubes)
½cupGreek olives
1cuphummus (1-2 variations)
½cuptzatziki sauce
8ouncescherry tomatoes
8ouncescucumber(sliced)
8ouncescarrots(sliced)
1red bell pepper(sliced)
Optional items: extra vegetables, egg plant, artichokes, figs, tabbouleh, grapes, nuts, salt & olive oil
Instructions
Wash vegetables, slice and allow to air dry. Gather a large platter or cutting board.
Slice cheese and flatbread. Add hummus, tzatziki and olives into small bowls. Then place onto the board.
Add all remaining ingredients around the bowls on the board. Start with your larger items first and then add the smaller items last. Assemble by separating colors and textures to create the perfect board.
