Ingredients
½ cupunsalted butter
¾cupFrank's hot sauce
⅛teaspoongarlic powder(optional)
S&P, to taste
Instructions
Place the butter and hot sauce in a saucepan over low heat. Allow the butter to melt, whisking occasionally. Stir in the garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Remove pan from the heat and set aside to cool until ready to use.
Store buffalo sauce in a jar with a lid in the refrigerator for up to 1 month. Shake or whisk before use.
