1/2cupYoplait Greek 100 strawberry cheesecake yogurtcould also use vanilla yogurt
1/2cuplight strawberry cream cheesesoftened
1/2cupmarshmallow crèmecould also use light whipped topping
1 to 2teaspoonslemon juice
2 to 4Tablespoonsof graham cracker crumbs
Fresh strawberriesfor serving
In a medium size bowl beat the yogurt, cream cheese, marshmallow creme and 1 teaspoon lemon juice until smooth. Stir in 2 Tablespoons of graham cracker crumbs. Add graham cracker crumbs and lemon juice to taste.
Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Right before serving sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs and diced strawberries, if desired.
