This simple sautéed zucchini is easy to make with a bit of oil, seasoning, and a finish of fresh herbs and Parmesan cheese for the tastiest side dish that the whole family will love!
Heat. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, warm 1–2 tablespoons olive oil until shimmering.
Add. Stir in the zucchini in a single layer.
Cook. Sprinkle the zucchini with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the edges are golden and the centers are just tender, about 10 minutes. Season to taste.
Serve. Transfer to a serving dish. Top with a generous sprinkle of grated Parmesan and scatter fresh basil over the top. Serve immediately.

Storage: Store in a covered container up to 3 days. Reheat in skillet until warm.
