Make cheesecake filling: In a medium sized mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to beat 8 ounces cream cheese. Add 1/4 cup powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Mix until creamy and blended well.
Add cool whip and cream: Gently fold in 1 1/2 cups cool whip and 2 Tablespoons heavy whipping cream.
Add fruit: Gently stir in sliced strawberries and bananas.

Make-Ahead Directions: If you want to make this in advanced, be sure to not add bananas until right before serving to prevent them from turning brown.Store: This creamy dessert needs to be kept refrigerated. It'll stay fresh for up to 2-3 days but the bananas may brown.
