In a sauce pan, melt butter over medium-low heat. Add flour and whisk until combined. Slowly whisk in half and half. Next add the basil, garlic and oregano. Once combined, stir in the parmesan and let sit until melted. Salt and pepper to taste. Turn heat to simmer until ready to serve.
Roll out pizza dough. Then top with sauce, cheese and your favorite toppings. Bake according to pizza directions.

Nutrition information does not include toppings. Sauce should make enough for 1 large pizza or 2 small pizzas. Make ahead: Store leftover sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days. It will thicken as it chills, so rewarm gently on the stove and whisk in a splash of half and half to loosen it back up.
