Cream cheese Granulated Sugar Heavy Cream Vanilla Extract Lemon Juice Prepared Graham Cracker Crust Cherry Pie Filling or Other Toppings
Add softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice to bowl of electric mixer. Beat ingredients together for about 2 to 3 minutes, until light and fluffy. Slowly pour in heavy cream and continue to beat.
Pour filling into graham cracker crust and then spread it out evenly. Place in the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours. It should be completely firm to touch.
