Easy No-Bake Cheesecake

This no-bake cheesecake recipe is perfect for beginners! Only 5 ingredients and absolutely no baking. It's everything a cheesecake should be…silky, smooth, light, creamy and decadent!


Cream cheese Granulated Sugar Heavy Cream Vanilla Extract Lemon Juice Prepared Graham Cracker Crust Cherry Pie Filling or Other Toppings

Make cheesecake filling


Add softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice to bowl of  electric mixer. Beat ingredients together for about 2 to 3 minutes, until light and fluffy. Slowly pour in heavy cream and continue to beat.

Pour into crust


Pour  filling into graham cracker crust and then spread it out evenly. Place  in the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours. It should be completely firm to touch.

Add toppings


Add favorite toppings then slice and enjoy.

Make Ahead and Storing

Store the cheesecake in the fridge. Cover the pan tightly in plastic wrap, aluminum foil or place in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for about 3 to 5 days.
