Equipment
Platter for serving
Ingredients
4cupspineapple chunks
2pintsblueberries
1pintstrawberries, hulled
1packetstring cheese
3cupsgrapes
4cupshoneydew melon, peeled and chopped
Instructions
In the center of a large rectangle platter, create the outline of bunny face using pineapple. I like to start with outline first and then fill in the space. Create eyes and ears by leaving the space empty.
Fill in the eyes with blueberries and the ears with strawberries. Place 1 strawberry under the eyes as a nose.
Cut a 1-inch piece off the end of the string cheese. Slice it in half to make 2 teeth. Peel the remaining string cheese into strips and arrange as whiskers stemming from the strawberry nose. Place the 2 teeth under the nose.
Line the border along top half of the platter with grapes. Fill in the space between the grapes and the top half of the bunny with blueberries.
Fill the remaining bottom half with honeydew.
Notes
Fruit dip: This platter goes great with our strawberry fruit dip or our toffee caramel dip. Make ahead: This fruit tray can be made 24 hours ahead of time. Cover the dip, if using, with plastic and refrigerate until ready to serve.
