This bubble pizza is an easy way to make pizza at home without the hassle of rolling out dough. Baked into a fun pull-apart style, it’s packed with crowd-pleasing pizza flavor!
½cupquartered pepperoni, plus more for top, if desired
Fresh basil or parsley, for topping
Instructions
Prepare and preheat: Grease a 9x9 square baking dish and preheat the oven to 375°F.
Cut biscuits: Using kitchen scissors, cut each biscuit into 4 pieces.
Mix ingredients: In a medium sized mixing bowl, add 1 jar pizza sauce and 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning. Stir. Add cut biscuits, 1 cup mozzarella and 1/2 cup quartered pepperoni. Stir until biscuits are well coated. Pour into prepared baking dish.
Top: Top with the rest of the mozzarella, 1/4 cup parmesan and additional pepperoni plus basil or parsley, if desired.
Bake: Bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted, bubbling and browning.
Notes
All ovens bake a little differently and yours may need to bake a few minutes longer to ensure the center is not underdone.If edge pieces start browning faster than the center, tent with foil until the center pieces are finished with baking. Storage: Save leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 days.Freeze: Wrap any leftovers in plastic wrap and transfer them to a freezer bag or freezer-safe container. Keep frozen for up to 2 months.Reheat: You can warm your leftovers in the oven to get them a bit crisp again, or in the microwave, if you don't mind a softer bite.
