Get ready to indulge in these mouth-watering pizza sliders made with Hawaiian rolls, melty cheese and classic pepperoni. Follow my simple recipe for a delightful twist on pizza night!
Preheat oven to 350° F. Butter a 9×13 dish and then place the bottom half of the rolls into the pan. Spread the sauce over the rolls. Place the pepperonis on top. Sprinkle mozzarella on top.
Meanwhile, stir together the butter, Italian seasoning, garlic salt and parmesan cheese in a small bowl. Then place top of the rolls on. Pour butter mixture over the top.
Cover with foil and bake for 12 minutes. Uncover and bake and additional 5 to 7 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted. Add some freshly grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley on top if desired.
Notes
Pepperoni: I like to use a mix of traditional pepperoni and thinly sliced deli pepperonis. Toppings: You could also add thinly sliced pepper, onions or cooked sausage as well.
