These BBQ chicken tacos are easy to make in 15 minutes with smoky BBQ chicken and black bean salsa then piled on a warm corn tortilla and drizzled with cilantro lime sauce!
Make BBQ chicken. In a medium size bowl, mix together 2 cups rotisserie chicken and 1/2 cup BBQ sauce. Salt and pepper to taste.
Black bean salsa. In a separate bowl, combine 1 cup black beans, 1 cup corn, 1/2 pint cherry tomatoes, 1/4 cup onions and 1/4 cup cilantro. Salt and pepper to taste.
Assemble tacos by placing the chicken onto a warm tortilla. Add a scoop of the bean mixture. Top with your favorite toppings. Add an extra drizzle of BBQ sauce if desired.

Meat: This recipe would also taste great with leftover crockpot BBQ chicken or baked BBQ chicken.Toppings: The more toppings the better. If you have time, add some pickled onions to boost the flavor.
