This easy buffalo chicken dip recipe is so simple to make with only 5 ingredients. It's creamy, cheesy and perfect for any game day party or holiday gathering!
For serving: tortilla chips, celery and carrot sticks
Instructions
Combine 16 ounces cream cheese, 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup buffalo sauce, 2/3 cup ranch dressing and 2 cups shredded chicken in slow cooker and stir together.
Cook on low for 1 hour or until bubbly. Before serving, you can add more cheese to the top and broil in the oven for a couple minutes, if desired.
Serve. Turn slow cooker to warm. Serve hot with tortilla chips and/ or vegetables.
Notes
Storage: Store leftovers in a covered container for up to 3 days. Chicken: If you'd like to cook and shred your own chicken breasts, you can follow my shredded chicken recipe or buffalo chicken for even more flavor. Bake in oven: Mix ingredients together in large bowl, then transfer to a baking dish. Sprinkle more cheese on top and bake at 400°F for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until bubbly.
