This easy buffalo chicken dip recipe tastes incredibly delicious and is made with only 5 ingredients in the crock pot! Makes the perfect appetizer to bring to any cookout, holiday party or family gathering!
For serving: tortilla chips, celery and carrot sticks
Place all ingredients in slow cooker and stir together.
Cook on low for 1 hour or until bubbly. Before serving, you can add more cheese to the top and broil for a couple minutes, if desired.
Slice green onions and top if desired. Serve with tortilla chips and/ or vegetables.
To make in oven: Mix ingredients together in large bowl, then transfer to a baking dish. Sprinkle more cheese on top and bake at 400°F for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until bubbly. Feel free to broil for a minute or so at the end to brown the top. Buffalo chicken taquitos: Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray. Place 2 Tablespoons of the mixture into a 6-inch tortilla and then roll up. Bake at 375ºF for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
