Weekly Meal Plan 12-10-23

Using a weekly meal plan will save you time, money and reduce stress at dinnertime. Having a plan also helps ensure your family eats balanced, nutritious meals throughout the week. Post it on the fridge so your whole family will know what’s for dinner!

This week the menu includes new ham and potato casserole, a Mexican dinner favorite and family favorite reindeer chow and new candy cane cookies!

What’s on the Menu

We share a new meal plan every week, so check back every Sunday. I love to add a fruit and veggie to go along with each dinner. Add whatever you have on hand and you know your family will eat.

Sunday: Ham and Potato Casserole (serve with a side salad and dinner rolls)

Monday: Sheet Pan Salmon Dinner (make Christmas cookies for dessert)

Tuesday: One Pot Mexican Chicken and Rice (avocado salsa is so delicious as a side!)

Wednesday: Vegetable Beef Soup (paired with grilled cheese)

Thursday: Fried Rice and Crab Rangoon (better than takeout!)

Friday/Sat: Out or leftovers

Snack: Christmas Reindeer Chow

DessertCandy Cane Cookies
