What’s on the Menu
We share a new meal plan every week, so check back every Sunday. I love to add a fruit and veggie to go along with each dinner. Add whatever you have on hand and you know your family will eat.
- Sunday: Baked BBQ Chicken with Broccoli Cheese Casserole
- Monday: Crockpot Chicken Potatoes and Green Beans, add dinner rolls
- Tuesday: Slow Cooker Pork Tacos
- Wednesday: Bulgur Salad with Easy Shredded Chicken
- Thursday: Buttermilk Waffles or Sourdough Waffles with Scrambled Eggs (or hashbrowns, bacon or sausage)
- Friday/Sat: Out or leftovers
- Snack: Easy Fruit Dip
- Dessert: Chocolate Eclair Cake
