Ingredients Notes

Find the full printable recipe with specific measurements below.
- Cabbage: I use half a head of green cabbage. You can remove and discard the outer leaf if you’d like.
- Baby cucumbers: These are already small, so it’s easier to chop them up even smaller, but any cucumber will do.
- Avocados: Give that creamy textural element that only avocado can!
- Green onions: Sliced. Go ahead and use both the white and green parts.
- Green goddess dressing: You’ll need Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, fresh basil leaves, fresh dill, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Optional extras: Add feta cheese, pepitas, or chickpeas. You can also serve it with crackers or tortilla chips and treat it like a dip.
How to Make a Green Goddess Salad
Blend all of the green goddess dressing ingredients in a food processor until smooth.

Finely chop the cabbage, cucumber, avocado, and green onion, aim for evenly sized pieces like a typical chopped salad. Place the salad ingredients in a large bowl.

Pour the creamy dressing overtop the salad and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste and enjoy as is, or with crackers for scooping!

Recipe Tips
- Serve with easy pita bread recipe or crunchy tortilla chips. Who needs a fork?!
- Make it meal: Add pieces of baked salmon or baked chicken breast on top.
