Weekly Meal Plan 10-29-23

Using a weekly meal plan will save you time, money and reduce stress at dinnertime. Having a plan also helps ensure your family eats balanced, nutritious meals throughout the week. Post it on the fridge so your whole family will know what’s for dinner!

This week the menu includes savory herb crusted pork tenderloin, the best fluffy cornbread muffins, hearty soups and festive Halloween dinner ideas!

What’s on the Menu

We share a new meal plan every week, so check back every Sunday. I love to add a fruit and veggie to go along with each dinner. Add whatever you have on hand and you know your family will eat.

Sunday: Herb Crusted Pork Tenderloin + Potatoes Au Gratin (serve with homemade dinner rolls for the best comfort food meal!)

Monday: Mummy Hot Dogs + Halloween Veggie Tray

Tuesday: White Chicken Chili (Add some festive fun with any of these easy Halloween recipes!)

Wednesday: Ham and Potato Soup + Sweet Cornbread Muffins

Thursday: Breakfast Casserole with Biscuits (serve with this Rainbow Honey Lime Fruit Salad)

Friday/Sat: Out or leftovers
