Weekly Meal Plan 10-15-23

Using a weekly meal plan will save you time, money and reduce stress at dinnertime. Having a plan also helps ensure your family eats balanced, nutritious meals throughout the week. Post it on the fridge so your whole family will know what’s for dinner!

This week the menu includes chicken milanese, crockpot lasagna soup, sheet pan quesadillas and the cutest Halloween Rice Krispie treats!

Meal Plan 10/15-10/21

We share a new meal plan every week, so check back every Sunday. I love to add a fruit and veggie to go along with each dinner. Add whatever you have on hand and you know your family will eat.

Sunday: Chicken milanese and Parmesan roasted broccoli (I love to roast potatoes at the same time as the broccoli)

Monday: Chili and cornbread skillet (my family loves it with a simple side salad topped with ranch dressing)

Tuesday: Sheet Pan quesadillas (guacamole is our favorite way to top them)

Wednesday: Crockpot lasagna soup (served with garlic bread for dipping)

Thursday: Apple cinnamon pancakes and oven cooked bacon (no one ever turns down a glass of homemade apple cider with this meal)

Friday/Sat: Out or leftovers

Snack: Halloween Rice Krispie treats

DessertPumpkin spice cupcakes
