Toffee Apple Dip Recipe
This toffee apple dip is the perfect sweet appetizer for fall gatherings or an afternoon snack. Made with a tangy cream cheese base, sweet brown sugar, and crunchy Heath candy bar bits, it’s creamy, rich, and ready in just 5 minutes.
Serve it with crisp apple slices as part of a fall charcuterie board or alongside a caramel apple bar for an easy, crowd-pleasing treat. If you love easy dessert dips, this pumpkin cheesecake dip is another fall favorite!
Ingredient Notes
- Cream cheese: Soften your cream cheese before mixing together. It is best to leave it on the countertop for about 10 to 15 minutes at room temperature.
- Brown sugar: The brown sugar and the cream cheese mixture blend well together giving this dip a sweet and tangy flavor.
- Vanilla: Added for a delicious flavor! Just a splash makes a sweet and savory difference.
- Heath toffee bits: Heath English toffee bits are the perfect sweet and savory treat to add to this apple dip. They have a crunchy texture that is perfect when dipping your apples in. You can even chop up Heath candy bars or Skor bars for bigger chunks.
- Crisp apple slices. For serving. I like using Granny Smith, Honeycrisp, or Gala for their fresh crunch and sweet-tart flavor.

I was making another dessert and had a few apples left, so thought I would try this dip. All I can say is YUMMMMM!
Quick tip: If you want to take this for a snack at work or the playground, just cut your apple with an apple wedger just about to the bottom of the apple, cut out the center and discard it. Fill the hole with the dip, push the slices together to reshape the apple and wrap in foil. when you are ready to snack, break off a piece of the apple, dip in the filling and enjoy!
