Raspberry Jello Fluff

I love a good fluff recipe especially when it’s jello mixed with pudding! This raspberry fluff is lighter than my strawberry cheesecake mousse but just as easy and creamy.

It has a sweet tart flavor from the fresh and frozen raspberries which makes it different from my tropical pineapple fluff. Like my ambrosia salad it can be served as a fruity side dish at the holidays but we love it as a lighter no bake dessert for summer!

Why I Love This Recipe

  • This raspberry fluff salad combines creamy vanilla pudding with raspberry jello for the best raspberry vanilla flavor!
  • Creamy raspberry jello is made with only 3 ingredients but I love to include frozen raspberries in the recipe to make the raspberry flavor stand out!

  • Vanilla pudding: This pudding jello recipe works best with Instant vanilla pudding.
  • Raspberry jello: Raspberry jello powder is my favorite but you can use strawberry or orange for a different flavor.
  • Cool Whip: To keep this easy I bought one a tub of Cool Whip. If you would like you can make your own homemade Cool Whip.

How to Make Raspberry Fluff

In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil then add box of vanilla pudding and whisk well.

Remove from heat and add entire box of raspberry jello powder. Whisk until combined, pour into a large bowl then cool in the fridge for 3 hours.

Once chilled, add the Cool Whip and mix with an electric mixer until smooth. Fold in 1 cup frozen raspberries.

Gently add the raspberry fluff recipe to a serving dish and garnish with raspberries. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Recipe Tips and Variations

  • Any flavor Jello works: Mixing jello and pudding works with any flavor! Keep the vanilla pudding but change up the Jello flavor to cherry, berry blue, orange etc.
  • Cheesecake pudding: Try it with cheesecake pudding instead of vanilla pudding.
  • Add-ins: Fold 1 1/2 – 2 cups mini marshmallows into the raspberry cool whip dessert when folding in the raspberries. Some recipes add in cottage cheese for protein!
  • Lightened up: Use low-fat or light whipped topping and sugar free pudding for a low-calorie dessert. I feel that it makes the salad less flavorful and watery, though.
  • Serve chilled: Raspberry fluff is best served cold. When chilled it tastes like a raspberry mousse or my kids say it’s like a raspberry push pop pudding!

Make Ahead and Storage
