Hey guys! I have a super easy and YUMMY recipe for you today! Obviously we’re not dieting over here because we ate this last night for dinner. ;) This nachos recipe makes a great appetizer or late night snack. My husband has been loving all the VELVEETA® and Ro*Tel® recipes I’ve been making. Here’s the past recipes: Velveeta Macaroni, easy queso dip and cheesy taco soup.

Nachos Recipe #velveetarotel

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb hamburger
  • 1 can Ro*Tel®
  • 1 TB taco seasoning
  • 8 oz VELVEETA®
  • tortilla chips
  • fix ins (optional):
  • lettuce
  • tomatoes
  • peppers
  • olives
  • sour cream

Instructions

  1. Brown hamburger in frying pan over medium heat. Stir in Ro*Tel® and taco seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. While the meat is simmering cut VELVEETA® into small cubes and place on top of the tortilla chips. Put your plate in the microwave microwave and cook for one minute.
  3. Once cheese is melted, top with meat and fix-ins. Enjoy!
