If you know me, you know that I am always on the look out for QUICK and EASY crockpot recipes. Between school pick up, work, dance, soccer and everything else…some nights it seems almost impossible to get dinner on the table. That’s where dump-and-go slow cooker recipes come in handy.

And I don’t know about you, but if I’m making something in the slow cooker, I’m usually looking for a recipe with few ingredients. That way I can put it in the morning and let it cook all day while I’m out. Then BAM, dinner is on the table with little to no work.
